We serve authentic Thai food from different parts of Thailand, based on fresh ingredients and a unique food tradition. We offer both lunch and a-la carte, it is also popular to order our food as catering for events, parties or gatherings.

Alex G.​  - HEAD CHEF

Alex G is my name and I have worked for 5 years as Executive Chef for Sa-Wa-Dee where I am the leader in the development work in the kitchen.

 

So when I am not involved in cooking I am responsible for ensuring that everyone who works with us has the opportunity to develop, play with flavors and forms, test new things and grow as a professional.

 

To help me make sure that all our guests, whether they are eating Lunch, Home Delivery or A la carte, get the best experience, exciting and good food and for a while I remember I have 3 sous chefs and 10 chefs as colleagues.
